Our story starts

It’s an area of the city renowned for having some of Sydney’s most enviable and eye-catching homes. Since Brianda Projects first got its start in 2007, we’re proud to have helped to build many of those homes ourselves.
Since day one, our dedicated construction and management team have collaborated with architects and designers to build the highest-quality custom homes in Sydney. With a passion for building positive relationships with clients and partners and an ongoing commitment to quality and attention to detail, we quickly established a reputation for our work that’s seen most of our projects taking shape through word of mouth referrals.
Today, we continue to serve the local community – particularly the Eastern Suburbs, which has always been the centre of our story, our partnerships and our portfolio.

The Brianda Bird embodies forward-thinking and a discerning eye for creativity and innovation. It goes beyond being a representation of our construction approach; it is an integral part of our identity. For our ancestors within the Kamilaroi nation, the totemic spirit of the eagle holds a sacred significance, linking them to nature and their community.
