Crafted for one of our longstanding clients, this project marks our third venture with a family we hold close. Situated on a plot that cascades away from the street, this three-level residence unveils a thoughtful and strategic approach to construction.
The expansive lower ground level, a distinctive feature of the home, required meticulous planning and execution. Extensive piling and site works were employed to harness the natural typography of the site, allowing for the excavation and construction of a spacious lower ground level. This area seamlessly unfolds through the Cellar, Bar, and Rumpus spaces, extending towards the rear pool and alfresco dining areas.
