This coastal retreat was built on a small, challenging site with stunning Pacific Ocean views. By utilizing the height of the living space and optimizing sightlines, we created a generous feel despite the constraints.
Privacy was maintained with high side walls, while highlight windows offer 360° views. A refined palette of concrete, timber, and rusted metal anchors the design, contrasting beautifully with fine interior details. The home’s layout embraces the environment, with strategic ventilation and a seamless connection to the outdoors.
